Experience deep relaxation, mental clarity, relief from stress and anxiety through powerful breathing techniques and meditation. In this free one-hour interactive workshop, you will experience deep relaxation, learn about patterns of mind and may also experience guided meditations. You will also learn more about the Art of Living Course and Sudarshan Kriya, a powerful breathing technique that purifies and rejuvenates both body and mind.
